Then I spent years coaching with ActionCOACH, sitting across the desk from owners while they walked me through their numbers. The pattern barely changed: the work was good, the way they won and kept customers was broken.
In 2023 I started two things at once. MY MASTERY, a coaching practice, and Get Your Business Booming, this agency. Coaching shows an owner what to fix. The agency builds it. Most people who advise you cannot build, and most who build have never had to make payroll. I have done both.
So when I build your website or your software, I am not guessing at what a business needs. I build the thing that gets you booked and paid, because I have had to do exactly that myself.
