• Business Health Check: first name, last name, email, company name, and your assessment answers.
• Booking requests: handled by Zcal (third-party scheduling tool). We receive your name and email via their service.

We also collect standard server-side data: browser user-agent string, IP address (for rate limiting), and timestamps. We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising.

How we use your data

• To respond to your enquiry or provide your health check results.
• To send you a follow-up email sequence related to your health check results (you can unsubscribe at any time).
• To improve our services and website experience.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party services

• Resend: transactional email delivery. Your email address is shared with Resend solely to deliver messages you have requested.
• Zcal: appointment scheduling. Subject to their own privacy policy.
• Google Fonts: font delivery. Subject to Google’s privacy policy.
• Vercel: website hosting and CDN.

Data storage and security

Your data is stored securely on our hosting infrastructure. Submissions are encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). We implement security headers, input validation, and rate limiting to protect against abuse.

We retain your data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined above, or as required by law.
